Mockup Process

Working closely with Narduli Studio, we assessed a number of potential details for the lighting at the inner cut for glare control and the effect on the inscriptions that are placed at eye level.  In the end, we arrived at a narrow-beam wall grazer set into a niche below grade, as this concealed the brightness of the fixture from most angles, effectively illuminated the inscriptions, and brought out the sparkle and grain of the material.
